Associate Goals
|
The New Brunswick Special Care Home Association Inc. assists our members in ensuring residents in our homes receive the best quality care possible. We help support our operators by providing educational training and resources to improve their skills and services.
Objectives
-To work in partnership with the New Brunswick Department of Social Development to develop programs
-To provide support and education in holistic care to individual homes including the emotional and behavioral aspects.
-To provide support and educate the individual homes in attaining and maintaining an optimal personal level of functioning, self care and independence of their residents.
-To provide opportunities for residents to participate in community life.
